I have experience at a AAA 5 diamond hotel in providing customer service to individuals and serving them drinks doing tours for luminaries. Basically I have a list of guests to the spa and I toured them cleaned after them to make the spa look good for each new guest and serving them drinks at the pool and cleaning up and changing pool covers and sometimes giving them snacks such as macaroons or serving champagne upon request. Also I have past experience in a few shifts at events doing assistant security work for sentry event services and a 3 year experience working as a customer service associate and store cleaner for Marshalls and homegoods.
