• Receiving deliveries, inventory accounting, and warehouse organization

What we expect from the candidate — a set of management skills that distinguish a barista-manager from an ordinary shift manager.
1. Financial management
• Understanding of P&L structure: expenses, food costs, personnel, rent, margins
• Knowledge of the break-even point and the impact of each day on the result
• Accounting for expenses, purchases, inventory, write-offs
• Ability to prepare a short monthly report
2. Systems and standards
• Working with updated checklists (opening, closing, cleanliness, equipment)
• Compliance with SOPs for the bar, kitchen, and service
• Use of digital control tools (Notion, SafetyCulture, etc.)
• Maintaining a schedule of cleaning, deliveries, and inspections
3. People and team
• Scheduling, assigning roles
• Motivation and regular feedback
• Conducting short one-to-one meetings with staff
• Adaptation and training of new employees
4. Communication and process control
• Daily communication with the owner or operations director
• Daily reports on work, revenue, problems, ideas
• Visual control of the hall — cleanliness, music, mood, pace
• Coordination with marketing and deliveries
5. Interaction with management
• Weekly meetings or short reports with results
• Transparency in key metrics: revenue, average check, expenses
• Understanding of the establishment's goals and direction of development
6. Access and authority
• Right to approve staff schedules
• Right to place orders with suppliers
• Access to POS reports and analytics
• Clear understanding of your area of responsibility
