Compensation

Owner-Operators

* Solo: $7,000 – $12,000 gross per week

* Team: $12,000 – $20,000 gross per week

(Gross depends on lane availability, region, and equipment.)

Company Drivers

* $0.65 – $0.70 CPM

* Weekly pay via direct deposit

* Steady miles on dedicated routes

Owner-Operator Fees & Weekly Expenses

* Dispatch / Service Fee: 10–12%

* Fixed weekly expenses: $500

* Additional weekly costs (Solo):

* Insurance: $400

* ELD: $35

* IFTA: $25

* Administrative fee: $39

Guarantee:

If the agreed weekly gross revenue is not met, we do not charge weekly fixed expenses for that week.

All costs are fully transparent — no hidden fees.

Payment Schedule (applies to both Owner-Operators and Company Drivers):

First payment is issued after the first two weeks. Starting from the third week, payments are made weekly.
