Car Hauling trucking company in Lake Bluff, IL is looking for Billing specialist.
Billing Specialist duties and responsibilities are:
- Daily phone calls and emails to follow up on many unpaid invoices
- Resolve unpaid invoices issues, filing bonds, file attorney of general claims and legal attorney claims on time sensitive time frame
- Generate bills and invoices for us to be paid
- Address and solve drivers and customers questions and issues by phone and e-mail
- Close work with company dispatcher team, safety team to ensure timely problems resolved and invoices to be paid on time
- Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data daily
experience as a Billing Specialist (preferred) - Ability for excellent multitasking and solve problems quickly skills
- Responsible attention to details
- Ability to be productive without oversight
- Good time-management skills
- Good English written and communication skills
- Basic understanding of office software, Excel, Google Drive and machinery skills
