Olena Odarchuk is an unprofessional and unethical person to deal with. I was eligible for a medical insurance without premium and co-payments. She enrolled me in a coverage with co-payments both for doctor’s and medications. When she answers the phone calls, she is always in hurry, does not listen to the requests of the client, has her own mind set. I am very upset and disappointed. She is not fit for this kind of job and provided services. After all, it is about the most important aspect of our lives: HEALTH. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE her services. And for the agency she works for, please train and educate your employees better so they can be suitable for their assigned jobs.
