Thank you very much Sergey and Sam for your hard work. We moved into a new home about 2 years ago and were having constant issues with the HVAC during the summer. Our HVAC has 20 years of service on it so we knew there were going to be issues. We called a company out last year and they came out and just changed the fuses in the disconnect box but didn't really check anything else. This was a temporary solution as we started having problems again during next summer. Sergey and Sam checked everything and noticed that the faded sticker on the unit said that the max fuse was 60 AMP but someone had installed a 30 AMP disconnect box in our system. They were the only ones to catch this big mistake and promptly fixed the issue with installing the correct 60 AMP disconnect box and installed new wiring. We had an amazing experience with you guys!
