REQUIREMENTS:
> 3 years of dispatching in USA
TMS
DAT, Truckstop, 123loadbord and etc
Knowledge of SPOT market
Ability to communicate efficiently with drivers, brokers and etc.
Fluent English only
Sales skills
Accuracy and Detail oriented
Analytical skills
24/7 availability
Daily control of RPM
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30am to 4pm
