We are looking for a part-time Assistant Cleaner to support our residential cleaning schedule.

POSITION DETAILS

• Independent contractor (1099 position)

• Part-time, based on availability and schedule needs

• Morning start times, with workdays typically ending between 3:00–5:00 PM

• Homes located in Algonquin, Elgin, St. Charles, Crystal Lake, and surrounding areas

• Work may be solo or with a team

• No weekends required

• No toxic cleaning supplies are used

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to build long-term working relationships. For the right person, this position may transition into a full-time role within 3–6 months, if desired, based on consistency, reliability, and business needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel to different cities when needed

• Dependable, punctual, and responsible

• Comfortable with physical work

• Open to schedule flexibility

• Due to the nature of this work, a background check is required

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

• Some homes are close, and some are farther. Some weeks require more driving than others — this is part of the role.

• This position does not have strict 8–4 or 9–5 hours. Some days are longer, and some are shorter. Every client is different in size and scope of work.

• This is a physical role that requires movement throughout the day.

• Initial onboarding, job expectations, and work guidelines will be provided.

PAY

• Paid trial clean: $18 per hour

• Ongoing work is paid per job (equivalent of approximately $18–$25/hour depending on job and efficiency)

• No guaranteed hours
