• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Manage MVR, PSP, IFTA, IRP, and Clearinghouse documentation

• Conduct employment verifications and oversee drug testing programs

• Maintain and monitor DQ files and ensure all safety records are compliant

• Perform annual MVR & Clearinghouse checks

• Oversee the driver termination process and ensure compliance

• Organize company safety documents, permits, and insurance records

• Manage IFTA reporting, updates, and equipment registration (UCR, IFTA, IRP)

• Support accident management and claims handling

• Assist in insurance audits and regulatory reviews

Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics safety & compliance

Strong knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations

Fluent English (Turkish is a plus)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to analyze safety reports and implement solutions

Experience with safety compliance software
