We are expanding our team and looking for a Technical Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in the glass and windows industry. This role combines sales expertise with technical knowledge in installation, repair, and replacement of glass, windows, shower enclosures, partitions, and storefronts. You will be the key link between clients and installers, ensuring accurate estimates and smooth project handover.

As demand for our services grows, we’re expanding our field operations team. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Technical Sales Specialist to support our expert glaziers on job sites throughout the NYC area.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with clients to assess projects (window, door, shower replacement, repair, and glass solutions).

• Create accurate measurements and detailed estimates.

• Translate client needs into clear work orders for installers.
  Provide technical advice and recommendations to customers.

• Build strong relationships with local clients in NY (NJ coverage is a plus).

• Communicate effectively with the operations team using Slack, Aircall, and CRM tools.

• Drive company car to project sites across NYC and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluent English (additional languages are an asset).

• 5+ years of experience in the glass/windows/doors/shower installation or repair industry.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong technical knowledge of measuring, materials, and installation processes.

• Sales mindset with proven ability to close deals.

• Dependable, punctual, and professional in client interactions.

• Experience handling both residential and commercial projects.

Compensation & Work Conditions:

• Base salary: $2,000 – $4,000 / month 

• Commission structure: Custom % per project – average monthly earnings $7,000–$10,000.

• Corporate car provided for site visits.

• Paid training and safety gear included.

• Weekly payment cycle (with standard 3-week hold for the first payout).

• Working hours: 7–8 AM to 7–8 PM (flexibility required).

• After 1 year: 40 hours of paid time off as a loyalty bonus.
