Key Responsibilities
Coordinate cargo pick-ups with trucking companies to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
Manage airline bookings for export shipments and communicate effectively with airline representatives.
Prepare and ensure accuracy of all export documentation.
Monitor shipment progress and provide updates to clients.
Ensure compliance with TSA, CBP, and Department of Commerce regulations.
