POSITION: OTR Truck Dispatcher

Stable base salary + KPIs
Weekly pay
W2 / 1099 (up to you)
Growth opportunity up to Lead Dispatch after 4-6 month
Only new equipment (Reefers / VANs)

REQUIREMENTS:
> 1 years of dispatching in USA
DAT, Truckstop, Ryan, ECHO and etc
Knowledge of SPOT market
Ability to communicate with drivers, brokers and team
Fluent English only
Accuracy and Detail oriented
Analytical skills
Ability to manage >5 OTR trucks
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am to 3pm.
Compensation: $65,000 to $105,000 annualy (based on perfomance).
