PAY STRUCTURE

Pay Rate for reefer drivers: starts from $0.85/mile, after 6 month salary will be increased up to

$1 based on driver performance

Trucks: 2024-2026 Freightliners

Trailers: 2024-2026 and newer Reefers, Flatbeds and Step decks

Escrow: depending of experience from $0 to $2500($250 weekly - $2500)

Estimated Weekly Earnings:

Reefer: $9,000–$12,000 gross

Open deck: $10,000–$13,000 gross

Requirements:

Experience: minimum 6 months

Working weeks: 3 weeks/5 days off

You will get:

Paychecks on Fridays

Statements on Thursdays

No paycheck holdback – you will get your first paycheck next week after starting working
