Looking for a Dispatch Manager!

LED Trucking is looking for a Dispatch Manager who would be a great fit for our company. Manager can dispatch sales, can cope with a high-paced environment, and keep a lot of tasks under control. Responsibilities: - Manager should be able to create a welcoming, friendly environment that is conducive to productivity and a positive attitude of the staff. - Plan, organize or manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. - Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, or tracking transportation vehicles. - Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, environmental policies, or government regulations. - Implement schedule or policy changes for transportation services. - Interview, supervise, and train dispatch staff. - Hold staff meetings to inform staff of company policies and changes. - Communication with management and other departments as it pertains to creating a smooth workflow. - Resolve customer concerns, maintain relationships with brokers, customers, drivers, etc. - Research and establish new transportation networks to increase business demand. Main requirements: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the transportation and/or dispatch industry, with increasing supervisory responsibilities. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. - Fluent in Russian. Salary + bonus: $35,000 - $75,000 annual. Working hours: Monday through Friday - 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (Saturdays upon request).
