REQUIRED: basic understanding/exposure to RUSSIAN language. We are a fast-growing online retailer of trade show and marketing items looking for a responsible individual to complement our team. Individual will work hand in hand with the company's owner/founder in day to day activities. The job entails touching every aspect of the business including, but not limited to, sales, customer support, graphic proofing process, vendor relationships, website support, marketing, social media, etc. MUST understand at least some basic Russian. Speaking skills not required. Primary Responsibilities: - Review order templates and graphics - Graphic design - Support sales functions - Manage order logistics - Communicate with suppliers and customers - Maintain and expand product offering - Administer day to day office operations - Support social media accounts and other marketing efforts Desired Skills / Knowledge: - Russian speaking - Strong written and spoken English - Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator (Creative Suite a PLUS) - Familiarity with 3D Modeling Software (big PLUS) - General computer knowledge - Excellent follow-through, organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency - Detail-oriented work ethic
