As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the smiling face our patients trust and rely on. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our patients have a seamless, exceptional experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
Be the Face of Our Practice: Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, making them feel right at home.
Master of Multi-tasking: Juggle phone calls, greet guests, schedule appointments, and handle payments with finesse.
Insurance Guru: Navigate insurance processing and treatment plan presentations like a pro.
Patient Relationship Builder: Build strong relationships and present treatment options in a way that resonates with our patients.
What We're Looking For:

Dental Experience: Previous dental office experience is a plus (1 year required, Dentrix experience preferred).
