Elegant Bakery is a family-owned business run by Janusz Zrodlowski and his wife Bozena.

He is a member of the Polish Academy of Science and Technology, which is a member of the Polish Academy of Science and Technology in the United States of America.

In 1985, Chef Janusz received a Master Pastry Chef Certificate and has since won several awards for excellence at local, regional, and national pastry competitions.

In 1988, he came to America to continue his training and to expand his skills. Since then, he has worked in many top line 5-star hotels across the United States.

Janusz instills an old family tradition of classical European style in each of his recipes.

He also had the privilege to present his wonderful work to many significant guests such as our Presidents, Senators, and various celebrities.
