Hi, I am renting a room out, maybe someone recently immigrated to LA and is looking for a safe, quiet place to land and get settled. My previous roommate had just arrived in the USA, and she stayed with me for 6 months while she worked on building credit and getting her own apartment unit. She was a professional and worked during the day. WE communicated through a translator app. She was clean, mindful and peaceful. I am hoping to find a similar situation. But long term is good too.

About me: I am a female in my 30's. I am focused on school; I am a sonography student studying from home most days.

About the room: Private bedroom and private bathroom at $1250 includes utilities.
It's a humble building in a safe, nice area, BH is across the street, yet this is considered the City of Los Angeles.

The building has friendly neighbors, mostly in their 30's and a couple families. It is quiet, and there are no neighbors above or on the sides of us. There are large street facing windows, and it is sunny. Apartment is clean yet humble. I have an old dog who minds his own business, but I prefer a tenant who likes big dogs.
There is laundry in building. There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood, and a transit stop 800 ft away. The room has a bed bedding and a desk, but the desk can be removed if the roommate doesn't want it there.
