As a Service Advisor, you are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. We are ready to consider the person with the minimum technical background, but with the readiness to learn and improve.

Requirements: 

• Must be fluent in English. (Ukrainian and Russian speakers preferred)

• Basic mechanical knowledge and readiness to study 

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Answering customer questions over the phone or in person about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary 

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them.

• Schedule appointments for automotive repairs and services

• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.

• Upsell additional services or products to customers

• Process payment transactions and maintain accurate records

• Ordering car parts.

• Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates.

• Provide exceptional and timely communication to customers and keep them updated throughout the process.

• Communicate frequently with Mechanics and Parts to ensure timely completion of work.

• Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers.
