Position: Warehouse Dispatch and Cargo Manager

Job description:

Warehouse Cargo Manager and Trucking Dispatcher (combined role)

• Manage cargo documentation and inventory at the warehouse

• Inbound/outbound Cargo monitoring, including overseeing warehouse shipping and receiving appointment schedule

• Create a load combination of cargo to be loaded in and from Ocean Shipping Containers

• Request and manage bookings with the shipping lines

Warehouse Dispatch Tasks:

• Coordinate drivers and dispatch ocean shipping containers to and from the Port,

• Make appointments at the Ports

• Put together the correct sequence of containers going to and from the Port to maximize the truck drivers' output

• On-the-job training will be provided; experience in the field is highly valuable.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficient In English

• Proficient in written and verbal communication

• Proficient general knowledge of Computers and Microsoft Excel

• Proficient Knowledge of Gmail.

• Work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Multi Task

• Self Organize

• Bilingual in Spanish and or Russian, Ukrainian is a +
