I loved living here and am only moving because of a new job opportunity. Move in date is fairly flexible within the month of July.

You will have the opportunity to be on the lease at the end of March if you would like to.

I paid the guarantor's fee and wall fee (your room is not a flex but we contributed for a room in the apartment to be flexed) at the beginning of move in. This is a one time fee.
