What We Offer (Pay & Benefits):
Pay: $0.70 - 0.80 per mile (CPM)
Consistent Miles: Average of 3000 - 4000 miles per week.
Bonuses: $3000 Sign-on bonus, Clean DOT Inspection bonuses, Safety bonuses, and Referral bonuses.
Home Time: 3 weeks out / 1 week at home.
Equipment: Modern, well-maintained trucks 2024-2026 Freightliner Cascadia / Volvo VNL equipped with refrigerators, inverters, and APUs.
Extras: Paid empty miles, detention pay, tarp pay, partial loads extra pay.
Requirements:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
Minimum of 2 years verifiable Tractor-Trailer driving experience.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) — no serious violations (DUI/DWI) in the past [3-5] years.
Valid DOT Medical Card.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and ELD (Electronic Logging Device) operation.
Responsibilities:
Safely and timely transport freight Flatbed, to designated locations.
Perform thorough Pre-trip and Post-trip equipment inspections.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and maintain accurate logs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,100.00 per week
