I worked at 1Win as a Team Lead. I managed a team of 10 people, distributed tasks across different products, and was responsible for the team's results. I set up tools for work, maintained reporting tables, and handled hiring and onboarding of new employees. My responsibilities also included work planning, providing new leads for cold calling to the team, creating databases and protocols, and overseeing quality control and the execution of assigned tasks within the group.
