The Intake /Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for assisting a prospective patient with enrolling into and begin receiving home care services. This includes introducing/explaining home care services and eligibility to a prospective patient, as well as educating and guiding them through the enrollment/onboarding process. This self-motivated individual needs to understand the importance of completing tasks on-time and staying organized, while simultaneously providing valuable assistance and customer support to our future consumers. A friendly attitude and willingness to help those in need are a must.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Insurance and demographic/data verification
- Scheduling
- Data Entry
- Sending and receiving documents via fax and email
- CRM management/maintenance
- Communicate with external organizations via phone, email, and fax
Qualifications:
- Experience making and receiving inbound and outbound calls
- Strong oral and written communication
- Ability to multi-take and meet deadlines
- Computer and typing skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and compute basic math and data
