This company is a complete disappointment. The deposit that should have been refunded without any issues has been “pending” with them for almost a year. Every time they come up with new excuses, drag out the process, and pretend they are working on the issue, while in reality nothing is being done. I also want to emphasize that their business practices raise serious concerns. I was required to send my deposit to a private personal account, which is extremely unprofessional and may indicate attempts to evade taxes. I believe this company should be investigated, because such methods are a clear red flag
