I’m renting out my beautiful all furnished and equipped 1 bedroom for holiday season while I’m away starting from December 29th till January 22nd. I can reconsider dates and period of your stay. In case if you want to stay just for a week or so, price will vary depends on period of your stay. Long term is possible as well, month to month.

Prime Hell's kitchen location. Near major transportation at Port Authority station. Best bars and restaurants in the city. Short walk to Midtown offices, Times Square, Hudson yards, Central park, Bryant Park and the Theater District. I live right by the pier, so nature, Hudson River and parks are around as well.

I take good care of my place, so I’ll rent it out only to those who would keep it nice and clean like the way I do. DM for details.
