Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts receivable/payable.
Support the Senior Accountant with auditing, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company financial regulations and policies.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar position.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
US. Work authorization is required.
