2014 Freightliner Cascadia 125 / Detroit 60 Series 12.7L - $55,000 (Jacksonville)
Selling my 2014 Freightliner Cascadia 125. Detroit 60 Series 12.7L swap.
NO DPF, NO DEF, NO EGR. Truck & Engine in GOOD Condition! Well maintained, NO fluid leaks! READY for road!
Truck has Original 784,444 miles on it. I bought this truck at 689,064 miles in 2021. Original DD15 Engine has been swapped to an early 2000’s Detroit 60 Series 12.7L which had an Out-of-Frame Overhaul done to it by the previous owner whom I bought this truck from in June 2021. I’ve put 100,000+ miles on it since Out-of-Frame Overhaul. Bought this truck purely for the 60 series 12.7 engine. Made a very GOOD decision, had NO problems with the engine. Just recently had only 2 issues. 1) Camshaft lobes somehow got some scuffs. Had to get a Brand-New camshaft installed. 2) Some exhaust leak from Exhaust Manifold 2-part connections. Installed a New Exhaust Manifold which didn’t fix the issue. Also, the heater in the sleeper not connected. Other than that, one solid truck!
Truck does have a Check Engine Light ON for the following:
- Engine Coolant Level
- Ambient Air Temperature
- Engine Oil Temperature
I bought this truck with that Check Engine Light ON.
