Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize the schedule of the Head of Logistics, including appointments and meetings. Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations to ensure seamless travel experiences. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain and organize files, records, and other documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes during discussions. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a secretary or administrative role (logistics background is a plus). Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
