IG Transportation Inc. opens its doors for a Safety Associate to join our growing team

Main Responsibilities include:

• Front Desk Duties - welcoming drivers for orientation, sorting and distributing mail

• Organizing truck binders, explaining the documentation to the drivers

• Explaining HOS and tablet (logbook) usage to the drivers

• Obtaining permits CT, KY, NM, NY, OR

• Distributing HUT and IFTA stickers, and other relevant documentation to the drivers

• Updating team on equipment changes

• Keeping Vehicle Annual Inspections spreadsheet up to date

• Inventory Management - tablets, ELD devices, dashcams

• Any other safety-related help in the department

Main Requirements:

• Advanced English & Russian language skills - including speaking and writing daily

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS

• Proficient user of G-Suite and Microsoft Programs

• Salary depends on candidate's experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM - work from office only
