Everyone loves their grandmother and especially her kitchen!

Teresa Turek, a well-known Polish chef, began learning traditional Polish cuisine from her grandmother when she was a little girl in a small village in Poland during the times of the People's Republic of Poland.

Her gastronomic career began when she volunteered as a cooking volunteer at the annual Polish Harvest Festival “Harvest Festival” at the Polish John Paul II Center in Yorba Linda, California.

Now people from all over Orange County and beyond can experience the wonderful Polish palate they remember so warmly
