We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our revolutionary software development company.
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating our team of software developers, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration in a remote working environment.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. Please note that this is a unique opportunity where we operate on a co-working method, with no salary but instead a partnership-based compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Content Strategy: Oversee the creation and management of engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media updates.
- Marketing Leadership: Lead digital marketing efforts, including PPC campaigns, SEO initiatives, social media advertising, and email marketing. Monitor performance and optimize for ROI.
- Social Media Management: Build and nurture a strong social media presence. Develop and curate content, engage with the audience, and leverage social media for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Implement segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement best practices to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance online visibility.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and lead generation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including content creators, designers, and digital marketers. Foster collaboration and a culture of excellence.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use market research to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3.5 years Experience as Marketing Manager Proven track record as a Marketing Manager or similar role. Demonstrated success in planning and executing effective marketing campaigns. Experience in team management and leadership.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Content Creation: Exceptional writing and editing skills. Proven experience in content creation for diverse marketing platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
- Budget Management: Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a marketing team. Creativity: Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and effective marketing strategies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
- Adaptability: Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving marketing trends. Results-Oriented: A track record of achieving and exceeding marketing objectives and KPIs. Additional Information: This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. Working hours are flexible, with an average expectation of approximately 14 hours per week based on task completion.
- Progress meetings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12pm New York time zone for front-end and back-end developers, respectively.
- Daily reports with 2–3 sentences about the day's activities and a short video demonstration must be submitted by 3pm, New York time zone.
- We plan to complete the program in July and proceed with alpha and beta testing before entering the Ukrainian market.
- Expansion into other markets will be pursued after gaining sufficient capital.
