Position: CDL‑Driver Recruiter/HR
Location: Remotely
Working hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
Core Responsibilities
Driver sourcing: Use databases and job boards to identify qualified CDL drivers (owner‑operators).
Candidate screening: Conduct phone interviews to evaluate applicants’ experience and qualifications.
Document management: Verify commercial driver’s licenses (CDL), motor‑vehicle records (MVR), drug‑test results, and Clearinghouse documents.
Onboarding: Support new hires through paperwork and orientation; coordinate with dispatchers and management to ensure seamless onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: At least one year of recruiting experience, preferably in the trucking industry.
Language: Fluency in both English and Russian (oral and written).
Tech savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Personal skills: Strong communication and persuasion abilities; detail‑oriented, organized, and responsible.
