Customer Service Representative

The Service Department for ARKA EXPRESS one of the biggest Trucking Company in Chicagoland is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities will include:

• Communication with the drivers, accepting the paper complaint forms from them.

• Creating work orders for the Shop using the company’s software.

• Constantly update the repair status spreadsheets and other database.

• Processing the credit card payments.

• Processing credit card statements in to cc report.

• Work as liaison between the shop and the Dispatch Team.

• Different office tasks.

Necessary skills:

• Successful candidates should demonstrate good team work abilities, be prompt and deadline oriented.

• Basic English and Russian Languages are a must. Lithuanian and Ukrainian Languages are a big plus.  

• Basic knowledge of Computer Software including MS Office and Google Docs.

• Training will be provided.
