I’m looking for a female roommate for a private room.

The apartment is located in the Diversey, Logan Square, Milwaukee area (exact address will be shared via private message). The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and cozy. Nearby you’ll find Ross, Cermak, many cafés, small grocery stores, entertainment spots, as well as a Polish grocery store and restaurant.

The room is spacious, bright, and already furnished with a bed and bedding. The kitchen, living area and bathroom are shared. The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of storage space. I also provide a microwave and a large round table that’s perfect for eating or working.

The apartment is on the second floor, and the first floor has a washer and dryer.

Rent: 950 per month plus utilities (split between two people). I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and calm (no loud parties) and who values cleanliness and a peaceful living environment.
