POLISH ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS COMMUNITY

We are a community of Alcoholics Anonymous in the United States. <br />We support each other in recovering from alcoholism. If you feel that you do not manage yourself, drink and destroy your life, the lives of your loved ones, and you are already sick of such a life, try to contact someone of us. The AA community helped us get back on our feet, even though we were once in a difficult situation (often hopeless). Abandoned and lonely, we decided to try the road with AA. <br />To the surprise of many of us, we stopped drinking. Today we do not drink and try to help others the way we were once given help and support. <br />We cannot promise anything, because it is up to you to decide for yourself if you want to deal with your problem. However, we can tell you our own story, how we stopped drinking, how we coped in the beginning, and what difficulties and problems faced us. If you would like to go to a meeting, but do not know where or how, and would like to talk to someone first, do not hesitate to contact us. You don't have to promise us anything, nor do we expect anything from you. We just can try to help you if you want. Once in a similar situation, we understand and remember how we felt. We tried to stop drinking and nothing came of it. Eventually we ended up in AA and got support and understanding. Someone helped us once and now we want to help someone.
