We are looking for a part-time executive assistant to help our executives fulfill their responsibility in their daily work. - Only students- Only part-timeJob responsibility :As the executive assistant, you will assist your manager to work closely with team members to fulfill the business needs at all levels, including but not limited in - Help drive hiring and other public events - Manage schedules and arrange meetings. - Be the point of contact when there is an absence, keeping the record and communicating timely afterwards. - Help handle documentation work, like drafting documents, filling in some forms, etc.Other works which are required from a business perspective. Qualifications: !! Required: - Bachelor's degree (or candidate in 3rd or 4th college year). - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Strong learning capabilities and ownership. - Effective communication skills. - 10-hour at least a week for working on this position if applying part-time. - Open to short period business travel occasionally. - ! Permit to work in US. !! Preferred: - Good at using Microsoft Office 365 suite. - Good at using LLM/AI like Claude and ChatGPT. - Has some product design sense. - Has art or literature background.
